Inspired by the projected rapid expansion in the hospitality industry within the UAE and the Middle East, and in particular by the major project Expo 2020 Dubai, I was proud to launch 2020Talents, Hospitality Executive Placement, in Dubai, in 2014.
We are an independent hospitality search company, we resource middle and senior managers for luxury hotels in the UAE, the Middle East, and other parts of the world.
With the experience I have gained in managing the Human Resources function within various world class Hotels and Resorts over the last fifteen years in the UAE including Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and One&Only Resorts, I am geared to understand our clients' specific needs for each position, to assess the attributes offered by each applicant and to introduce the right talent for the position.
Since establishing 2020Talents in 2014, we have successfully placed excellent candidates, with luxury hospitality and highly reputable commercial companies, in many countries like, but not limited to, the UAE, Qatar, KSA, Oman, Turkey, Germany, France and Canada.
Relocated to Montreal in 2018, I continue to work with my existing business partners, mainly in the Middle East, develop my network as well as continually looking for opportunities to expand our business in Canada and other parts of the world.
